Our use of an online payment service signifies your acceptance of these terms, and Apka Muaalij reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Payments for services on Apka Muaalij can be made using various online payment methods, including credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, net banking, and other digital payment solutions.
Customer Responsibility:
Before using the payment service, we recommend that you confirm any applicable charges with your bank or payment provider. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment details provided (card details, bank account, etc.) are accurate.
Secure Payment Gateway:
Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway. Apka Muaalij does not store or have access to your payment details. However, while we implement strong security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against fraud, hacking, or unauthorized access. You agree to protect your data and ensure it is entered in a secure environment.
Liabilities:
Apka Muaalij and the payment service provider are not liable for any data inaccuracies, delays, errors, or interruptions. We do not take responsibility for unauthorized access, data theft, or other security breaches that may occur during the online payment process.
Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Cancellation Of Prepaid Appointments:
For any online prepaid appointment, the customer can cancel their scheduled appointment without any charges up to 1 hour before the appointment. In such cases, we will refund the amount paid for the appointment, subject to bank charges and other deductions by third parties.
Rescheduling Of Appointments:
You can reschedule your appointment up to 1 hour before the scheduled time with no additional cancellation fees. If there is a price difference for the rescheduled appointment, you will be asked to pay the differential amount. Processing fees may apply for rescheduling.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving a valid cancellation request, a refund will be initiated either to your bank account or into your Apka Muaalij wallet within the app. Refunds typically take up to 10 working days, though delays may occur due to issues with your bank or payment gateway. A refund reference number will be provided for tracking.
Non-Refundable Services:
Please note that once a service is provided or a bill is paid, no refund or cancellation request will be entertained. Similarly, there will be no cash refunds for any cancellations.
Security And Data Protection:
Apka Muaalij ensures that all payment details entered through our platform are encrypted for your security. However, we are not responsible for ensuring that your payment details are protected from unauthorized viewing or interception during the payment process. We recommend that you take the necessary precautions to protect your data during online transactions.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, it will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration Act of 1940. The venue for arbitration will be in Lahore, and the process will be conducted in accordance with the applicable rules.

Please note that Apka Muaalij does not provide medical services and is not responsible for any medical diagnoses or treatments.
