About Myfol 400mcg Tablets
Myfol 400mcg contains L-Methylfolate Calcium, the active form of folate (vitamin B9). Unlike regular folic acid, L-methylfolate is readily used by the body without requiring conversion. It helps in the formation of red blood cells, supports DNA synthesis, and is especially important during pregnancy for the healthy development of the baby's brain and spinal cord. It is also used in people with folate deficiency and in certain conditions where folic acid metabolism is impaired.
