Preparations Before Test
- Do not eat or drink anything (except water) for 8-12 hours before the test
- Avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24 hours before the test
- Inform your doctor about any medications you are taking
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing on the day of the test
